toatly agree with last few posters...people are so set on master this pluz master that = good....not really



im master swords, TK 0404, fencer 0044, 4000 doc (i dont have buffing line cuz my buddy has it and im ALWAYS with him )


gives my over 300 accuracy, very high defence, ...i liek wearing my RIS armour so tk can keep there TK innate armour, and once i get teh armour break slice i think it will be more efective then TK inate armour, heals are great,


now....the bread and butte ris binding strike.....everyone talks abou thow its all abou tmax damage and sac, well i kinda disagree if u play smart....i agree...just hitting a guy yah max damage sac all teh way.....but i love melee hit....yes the basic melee hit its fast, has no action cost and is way ore accurate then any other move....so i liek to use a fast hammer, with a speed pup, sounds crazy not really, when i keep them constatnly binding strieks to cream tehre aciton and armoru broke...keep melee hitting em keepign ur action high soon as there action is dropped to nothing, u shoudl have em at about 3/4 life from melee hit, throw down kd , power hit, critical and head.....i do this all reaally fast and a full mind perosn fealing confident all ofa sudded just thinks...waht happened, striking fast has its advantages, this is the best way to avoid 20 min duels jsut waiting for other guy to lose his mind.....same goes for jedi with there force


and ive let my dueling secrests outa the bag /gasp!

also...keep a med droid out with u at all tiems, makes ur heals way better

once the med droid gets destroyed do you still get the bonus?

nah, but in alsmot every duel ive been in they dont bother attakcing droid, just have it floating a few m away outa leg sweep trange they think nothign of it

which is better for pve/pvp TKM/MSwords Doc 4000 or MPike/MSwords/Doc 4000


there may have been soemthing discussing this but i cant find it so apriciate a reply

If you had to pick one of these 2 templates which one would you pick? MSwords/TKM/Fencer0430/Medic0230 (a 750 heal and a 590 healwith no enchancers or BE clothes which I would use)with the last 6 points spent in FS or MSwords/TKM/MBrawl/Fencer0400/Pike0040 ?


99% pve, 90% always grouped with the plan of goign jedi and losing the fencing/pike/medic as needed... thank you!

Im mSwords, TKM and 4000 doc... I get armor and improved cob from TKM including nice specials as power boost and leg sweep (kd).. with the doc i get 3 different heals (shot, jab and infusion) and get stims. I have beaten plenty of jedi with this template. can solo some of the krayts and plenty of NS at a time...

IMHO every good melee template should revolve around these skill boxes:


Doc 4xx4 (can drop the xxx4 if you have a doc friend)

TK x1xx (COB)

Swords xx3x (Armor Break)


Beyond that is up to you but I find these skills to be the essentials.

dont get master brawler, improved warcry is insane.

If you go master Swords/TKM/Master brawler you have enough skill points to get 344x in Pike. You get a nice little boost to accuracy and speed from master brawler. Unfortunately the parry riposte and melee assault probably wont' be on your hotkeys. Parry can be OK if you have a multitude of melee units attacking you. It will kick in and help but it lasts for such a short period of time it's kinda silly.

I am TKM/MSwords/MBrawler/0040 Pike and 6 trees of fs stuff, and I love it.Ididnt go with 4xxx docbecause I find that ruby biel allows me to heal enough. With foods and pixie I find this template well suited to my playstyle.

Hey!! I've been trying to tweak around my Swords template a bit so I have a question for you all.I Came up with this temp:4xx4 Doc/ MSwords/ MBrawler/ 21xx TK/ and xx1x Pikes /I know a kd isn't included init but maybe it isn't necessary? Anyways,how do you think that would work out for pvp/pve ? If you would change it around what would you do? I'm also not adverse to including Fencer in there if it will really benefit me. I've been wanting to use those nice fencer weapons from Kashyyyk anyway =p. Thanks so much - Serrene
