Some things others have pointed out is wrong. Not to flame anyone or anything but I've been on TC and seen other things and just thought I'd correct some errors. First in grouping the player who did the most does not get ALL the xp.When I was grouping in the lower lvls when I was doing my 1st branch I was grouping and still getting decent xp. On tat when I was grouping I was getting at least 50 to 100 xp for getting one hit on a creature, which isn't absolutely terrible (though seems like it should be somewhat higher). Once I got to the second box on the 2h tree I decided to go to naboo (which is a supposedly unbanlaced planet) to get out of the lag city.I was able to kill things still relativly easily and get lots of xp especially if you play smart. Also solo missions spawn at or near your current lvl (which is calculated roughly by the total # of skills and the mods given by the skills) so they are usually doable (until you get 5 basic brawler/marksman trees done). I am currently at lvl 15 with 3/4ths of brawler done and 1/2 of marksman done (unarmed, fencer, swordsman, ranged support, and pistols done) and can usually take on anything thats at my lvl or below. The problem is you tend to get near incap'ed on every creature and have to sit for 2 or 3 mins to let your bars refill (killing one creature at a time), and it is near impossible to take on even a lvl 16 or 17 creature solo. This may and most definately will change once elites are unlocked and you can get armor and stronger weapons. One strategy for lvling is killing babies that are possible to one hit kill because you get the full xp for killing them (if they are not one hit kill and very much stronger than you (more than 5 lvls) you'll get incapped in 1-3 hits). One last thing on lvling on TC is everything spawns anywhere from lvl 4 to lvl 150+ and with a healths ranging from 1k or less for low lvl spawns to 196k for the few 200+ creatures/npcs I've seen. This is more than likely broken lvls and or spawning code and should get fixed soon I hope.



As for the forced grouping I don't really agree with it either, but as most people said all high end stuff should not be soloable. I myself have only taken on NS stalkers or sentinles or the NS rancor and its tamer, which is the most I've killed with my Fencer only combat temp.I think that the limit should be along those lines and rancor lairs if you play wisely (and other creatures/npcs of similar strength). The main reason I don't agree with forced grouping is it can take forever to find a good group interested in doing the same thingand some people like playing 'lone rangers' which they should be able to if they wish. Also if you're not a power gamer you may not get much if any time with that good group you join and later not be able to find another good group.

I started skipping some posts, due to time shortage, so sorry if someone has already said this. They went about this all wrong. CU has been on test center what... not even a week now? And they're already releasing it? That's total bull in my opinion... They just said ok screw the players we're doing it, but first lets let them have a taste of what we're shoving in their faces. They should have asked questions as they developed, and let us test more. I yi yi...
