On the subject off who should drop what I agree with commandobob, the european server are filled with guilds just set up to camp and loot. same faces same places day after day. Same people selling things on the forums or ebay.
Drops should be based on factions or mobs not individuals or quests.
I also agree that it would be nicer if they fixed faults with the current game system rather than devoting all their devs to new features. They only just fixed jewellry displaying.

You've pretty much covered all of my concerns. Therefore, I'll just rank what I feel is the most important:
1. Unnerf our mindhit2 bleed
2. KD stacking (this should affect ALL profs)
3. Variety in Weapons (the 2H cleaver looks cool, but it's whack as an effective weapon. There are only 2 weapons that any experienced Swordsman uses)
4. Variety in Attacks (related to #7 as well)
5. Scythe Quest issues (having them drop off of NS spell weavers/protectors is a GOOD idea)
6. Damage Mitigation (I wanna pwn a jedi - wishful thinking i know)
7. Lag issues w/ targetting (IMO, I just want a better 2H lunge attack. Something that has a slightly better range than 2H lunge 1 but also tacks on a posture down and/or KD effect)

Sadly (for the time invested) and gladly (given the hope of good things to come) I have to say that a lot of this stuff just isn't relevant anymore.
