Did you migrate stats with an IDer? That could help...

....and in case you happen to be Zabrak:
If after all the buffing and stat migration you happen to find yourself short of mind in a fight and you fear you might get incapped soon, make sure you have enough mind left to give your health and action bar a good stimshot (preferably to 100%) and throw in an /equilibrium right after...et voila: your mind is almost as good as new 
You can only use it once an hour, but it has saved my life more than once.
