Of course you wont be as competant fighter as a duel elite if you are a single elite/crafter. Thats like expecting a real life combat medic to be as adept at combat as a para trooper or a marine.


If you invest half as many points in combat based proffs you deserve to be half as good at combat in my opinion.

i hear you, man. swordsman has been the one prof i've had for most of the time i've been in the game. great damage out put, headhits,area attacks, and the ability to go after any PVE action i wanted to, when i wanted to, were the main things that got me excited about SWG.


and now, if i want to be effective pve, it seems like i will need some pikeman skills for the area attack, and possibly the intim skills for pvp.
