I would personally wait for a +25 counteratack to show up someday, so the shirt or whatever pre-nerf clothing will be legendary.

Ouch man, that is a tough call. I guess it is all about how badass you want the belt to be. +14 Counter Attack would make it "The Belt of DemiGods," While +25 would make it truely "The Belt of the Gods". All you would need to complete the costume is +25 Melee Damage, A 900 Max damage PH, 37% Stun/90% Everything Else Armor and a toon named Thor and you would be the ulitmate in Swordsman Technology.


My advice would be: Wait. If you do put in the +14 Counter Attacks, and a +25 comes around, you are going to hate yourself.
