Ya they do, but the loot is incredibly hard to get. I'd do Krayts if your for loots.

well buffs ran out after 55 elders well (3 buff sets but 
) so ill stop and check loot

2 decent mind dot lances
1 exceptional lance (+13 pole speed)
and thats about it maybe a few base lances and creds
