ackllay power hammer everytime unless im being lazy and don't need them. ima bit fortunate i have laods of acklay hammers from 631 max dam to my 908 max dam hammy he only comes out PVP.Been lucky enough to loot 256 max dam bones. that n a good slice and these things really hurt. now only probalem is getting my hands on some speed tapes.

I use:
Power Hammer(acklay)
5.9speed
319-896 no pup
or
Power Hammer(acklay)
4.3speed
303-694 no pup
and
Scythe
1.8
???-350 no pup
or
Scythe
2.6
???-434 no pup
I swap between weapons depending on what I'm killing.

Good acklay bones and good slices.
678 is about the highest a non-bone hammer can get. Thats with 468 max damage and a 45% damage slice.
I've got a 719 max damage bone hammer and I still normally use a regualr damage sliced one. Currently thats a 615 max damage 5.3 speed hammer. Sadly I got a cheap 31% damage slice on it.
You should be able to top 700 with a hammer made from a geno re-core and good yellow cubes and paste. Of course, it will still take a really goood slice to get there.
