I really put a lot of thought in to cleavers... even had a friend make 3... get em all sliced... and compaire them to what i do have....

these numbers are approx but...

Power Hammer - 150-550 damage5.3 speed HUGE ham costs horrible accuracy -40 or so

2-Hand Curved Sword -120-308 damage2.3 speed BIG ham costs +10 to accuracy

Cleaver - 150-250 damage(i think) 3.5 speed Moderate ham costs -10 to accuracy

I really thought the Cleaver would be my new secret weapon since no one uses it, and it would be really good because of the lower ham costs and higher min damage than 2 hand curved. But the Accuracy and the speed just didnt cut it for me in the end... and with my 2 hand doing 1-2k specials and my power hammer doing 1.7-5k specials... the Cleaver just simply comes up short for me.

My point is... I really did try it! LoL just didnt like it

I actually use my Cleaver a lot. I group with my guildmates a lot and very few of them can compete with my damage output using a power hammer. Unless I'm soloing something while the rest of the group fights something else, I don't even use specials. I think I hit the 1 sec wall with my cleaver so there's no real point to me using my Curved Sword. Besides, the Cleaver just looks sooo much cooler.

A funny note...one of my guildmates thought I had a lightsabre when I used a special with my cleaver. Diggin them red streamers!

well again the PH is king.

i just like cleavers over curves......actually i hate curves haha.

i use them when im with people who need xp so i wont outdamage them too
