Master Swordsman / Master Smuggler

I have probably killed about 20+ each of Observers and Executioners and so far my best drop was around 4k credits ... do these guys ever drop anything? I have never met the Witch Doc yet, and I killed all of my high level tuskens before the 9.2 patch. These are the "Elders" of the tuskens.

I found Tusken Head from Tusken Executioners corpse , they do drop crystals,SEA's and I've heard that they can sometimes drop quite good weapons too.
