...a tusken witch doctor (...i didn't really get too much time checking his title out) ?
After not having been there in awhile i spent some time on Tat recently. One day, while coming back on my bike from my tribute visitto the squill cave, i spotted a single red spot on the radar and as i like single red spots in the wilderness and this one even started shooting at me i decided that it was a good day for a fight...so i run towards this tusken witch doctor (fully buffed, composite helmet only. cob'd) and in 4 or 5 hits i was down...
...i'm just your average Swordman, as you can tell from my armor, but i haven't gone down that quick in quite awhile, so i'm kinda surprised and was simply wondering if there is knowledge to share about those guys..

Ya, once. It's the equivilent to a wild death spawn I think. I killed one a while ago and it dropped a locked container.

Mmm the witch doctor and Observer are particularly nasty, i've not met them myself yet but 3 or 4 of my guild did and all died within minutes ^^

On my server we have some very nasty Tuskens and the problem is they spawn like crazy, they are all over Tat these days. Well starting off we have the evil Tusken Blood Champion which is not too difficult (there strength equals that of 4 warlords) but the problem is they spawn in mass groups which isnt fun. Then we have the ever soo nasty Observers and Witchdoctors which spawn like rats and hang around all over tat. And finally we have the worst one of all, but the one that spawns the least, the Tusken Executioner 80% resists down the board and 300k HAM to go along with it. The other day it took 2 TKM and Master Commando and an MCH 33 minutes to kill it and what was the loot drop? a Tusken Rifle 20-65 damage, 8.1 speed, 7.8% wounds...........
Now that is sad

hmm...that IS kinda sad
I think the doctors have around 170k HAM and this guy hit me for 3k

hmm,they must of got alot harder cus i soloed one b4 the 9.2patch. what weapons do they use? Gaff sticks?

On lowca there's always a couple of observers and executioners right outside the squill caves.. most people don't seem to realise how hardcore these tusken's are.. especially post-patch. The entrance to the squill caves would always be littered with corpses of those who tried to take them on.
One time when grinding at the caves one guy ran past me with an executioner right behind him.. it agro'd me and I had to run around the cave for like 15mins trying to shake him. I eventually passed the executioner on to a commando who was afk grinding on top of the caves 
He didn't last long

Ran into a observer once, your right people dont know what they are I found a toon trying to level pole arms against it (she had a wood staff). I sent here a tell saying you really need to switch back to TKM and canI join in. I was a fencer at the time it took us 20+ minutes to kill that **edit** with the help of a novice BH. I (thats right the fencer????) looted a +25 carbine spd sash.

These guys used to spawn just in the Tusken Fort. There is a quest for them from one of the mayors in Bestine I believe. I didn't know they were spawning all over Tatt. I found an observer (that one-shotted me through buffs in my ubese) outside the squill caves the other day. I thought it was just the (0,0) bug though -- some mobs will accidentally warp to (0,0), that's why the DWB mobs show up in the Ewok village.
These guys DID get a lot nastier with recent patches because they use weapons and specials again. That was a significant boost for all the higher-end NPC's.
