I am using a damage and speed sliced hammer atm about 1027max 82 sac with an sac powerup that reduces my sac to 58. Currently testing it out on nightsisters and its working very well. I almost never run out of action using booster blue, brandy and vercupti. Using my pre-cu acklay hammer with 1149max damage and 104 sac powerdup to 82 sac i run out of action relatively quickly and have to stop fighitng and heal a bit before returning to combat.

How did you get your sac so low and keep the damage that high?

25 max agents and -10 action cost red cubes. With a 6 point amazing on sac and a 6 point amazing on damage it got up to 988 max unsliced. Think its 4% damage sliced 2 or 4% speed atm and a critical slice on it.

So 12 amazing success' overall? ... Not saying I dont believe you but thats beyond luck ... Luck doesnt even get THAT lucky.

Lol no 2 amazing successes. Using 6 points at once on efficiency and then 6 points on damage.

Really nice weapon. Only problem is high SAC and low min damage. I got one crafted recently that is 750 min 1160 max 82 SAC 2.3 speed. un-puped
The answer is alot of BS, the cap for min damage on a PH is 592.x which even with an 8% damage slice on top of that would only come out to 639. i could see him hitting those stats fairly easily if it were pupped, but those are impossible stats for a PH that has not been pupped. You can check the WS forums for the caps, but I also have hit the min cap on a PH I crafted as well so I know that it's accurate. You could potentially break the damage caps on a converted PH, but then again it would have a 104 SAC which would mean that it was pupped to get the 82 SAC. So pretty much any way you look at it those stats are impossible without the PH being pupped.
On the fun side my newest PH is 833min-1387max, 100 SAC, 2.98 speed, that's sliced and pupped, hit both the min and max damage caps, and using an acklay bone the lowest possible SAC you can get is 95.

You obviously dont know anytin about crafting. Have you considered -14 action cost red geo cubes. Also those caps on weaponsmith forums are crap seeing a hammer was crafted on my server at 1261 damage without a pup.

Where exactly would you stick those red cubes when using an acklay bone as the core?

I'm no crafter all i know is i had -14 red cubes some 28 damage solid units and they crafter came back with the powerhammer. I have no clue if he used bones or if bones could be used I just know my hammer and so do the people i fight.

2.83... is that horrible? I've seen post-CU PHs at around 2.88+
