sorry but the way bleeds were nerfed a while back i find it difficult to believe that.

In PvP im lucky to get a 20 tick bleed, which is worthless. in PvE my bleeds have been so egligable its betetr to just use 2 more mindhits to finishs oemthing off than try to bleed it.

Is the bleed per tick damage based on how much you hit for? Or is it the same no matter what?

ie should i use a stronger weapon to cause the bleeds (assuming I want to... not sure if it's worth it at this point)?
