Berserk still works. You just have to use the line command or make a marco for it. Same with intimidate. CoB won't work for swordsman until they reach xx3x or x2xx. The first 3 tiers are all the same 3 specials just in different orders. I.E, the unarmed tree gets CoB at 1xxx, one hand gets it at x2xx and 2 hand gets it at xx3x. Not sure where it falls for polearm.
Master brawler still looks to be mandatory to help with the speed capping. Its actually better as you can get up to 85 2 hand speed from master brawler/swordsman.

I'm pretty sure that CoB isn't weapon specific. If you have it in the first unarmed box you can use is for two handed. Not that it really matters, every melee profession has it before they get their novice elite.

oh.. and if you're able to intimidate currently on TC, it's a bug, so /bug it =P

(intim is a pikeman skill, and no one can advance that far yet)

seems like the moves have been dumbed down too, with names such as power hit, armor break, stun recovery, KD recovery.....

I'm gonna be upset if the animations change too... such as my favorite tow hand area hit 1

i remember when the "snappy" movements came out a while ago..people did n't like it so it was changed back.

I hope thats an option for the CU once it reaches live

Yeah not too fond of the new animations, but hopefully,it will come right in the end

Actually, to clarify my earlier post... I found a dev saying that ALL melee specials can be used with any melee weapon (WOW!)... "for now" anyways lol

Still very cool.. I know understand what tanks once said about a 250sp bounty hunter will truely be a 250sp bounty hunter (same thing applies to other proffs ) Finally.. taking up other professions will be more than just for defenses

unless they really dork up the Swordsman profession, i plan on keeping it untill i have to free up skill points for jedi.

there is something wonderfull and exciting about weilding a huge hammer and using it to bash my foes into the dirt.. mmm..

currently my char is a master Swordsman, with master Brawler, and a little scout and medic tossed in. when i return to the game and the CU is live, i'll probably go back to the more group oriented template of Swordsman/Doctor or maybe even Swordsman/Combat Medic.

if someone could post some screenies from test center, i'd reallly appreciate it. my situation now does not afford me the opportunity to log on and see for myself.

long live Swordsmen and SWG!

actually.. you can slash command just about everything, no matter what skills you have. Me and my buddies are running around doing advanced weapon abilities, with self applied doc buffs and what not (they don't really help that much lol)

Yep. You can line command pretty much anything right now. I've lined commanded powerattack, swork flurry, intimidate, berserk, adrenal buff from the doc line. Got a 50% damage boost from powerattack. Too bad that only gets me up to 90ish with these crap 2 hand axes.
