The best I've been able to make on Ahazi is 425 max damage, 5.9 speed.

Don't buy a Powerhammer now, if you're planning on it! Next big patch will see another improvement in Powerhammer damage!

Yes if you have multiple versions of a bleed attack they stack on eachother.
For us, Mind Hit 1 and Mind Hit 2.
I've pulled out about 2500 a tick from Mind Hit 2 and 2000 a tick from Mind Hit 1.
Stacked, pretty much nothing can stand up to that and it takes so long to first aid (since it's 3 to 4 attemps per bleed) whatever it is you're bleeding is usually dead regardless.
Unfortunately on the flip side this is the only use I have found for the power hammer presently, and you do not get a portion of experience based on bleed damage (it does not even register in the combat log except on the initial hit which tells you how much the ticks will be).

I got a 94-415 damage, 4.0 speed. I noticed that when I hit lairs it deals less damage than my 2handed Curved sword. Maybe blast damage is bad vs lairs?

you will do more damage with your curved, but you can do more specials with power hammer (low mind usage).
Low speed and high misses make power hammer very bad decision for low-lev swordsman, but you will learn to love it later.
