I can't get him to talk to me and I'm swordsman 0/2/0/2 and a MCH. With pets out and grouped I increase my difficulty level for missions from terminals, why wouldn't it work for Hedon?

Update: trained in Finesse III and tried again with 70 levels of pets grouped (adding +35 to my difficulty level) and my powerhammer equipped. He won't talk to me still.

It would help if we could figure out exactly what is needed to trigger the missions. I've heard various things but I don't want to keep running back to him every time I have a box trained to see if he'll say anything or not (although that would be the best test scenario).

You need at least a level 4 tree, a la 0-4-0-0, and Finesse 2. Where can I get good quality Phrik Alluminum, Carbonite and the other metals? I'm willing to pay outrageous prices for the best possbile stuff.

To get him to speak to you, you need to be CL20 or above i.e. able to get a CL20 mission on a starter planet.

Problem is, I CAN get that by grouping with my pets, which although technically is a group, it is solo for me as a player. This ability was put in because as a CH we were limited to low-level missions even though we had enough "firepower" in pets to take higher level ones. So I have to assume the INDIVIDUAL has to have that level, and grouping won't work for anyone. Uggh, that's annoying, because I couldeasily distract a krayt with my pets (not win against it, mind you...just hold it off longenough to get the schematic). Guess I level up some more to get the missions while waiting for the Geonosian dungeon to open...

Okay - I killed the dragon and got no schematic.

Reset my records for tatooine, killed the dragon again, got no schematic.

I was under the impression the schematic was supposed to be looted from the dragon - is this not the case?

By the time the dragon is dead, I have no map to dig with, so I can't try to extract any more "treasure".

There is a treasure chest that spawns WITH the dragon and it contains the schematic. Not sure how you killed the dragon since it despawns in 10-15 minutes.

I was REALLY curious as to how a single person killed a 350k HAM dragon with Heavy armor. I did the quest twice and managed to go toe-to-toe with it until it despawned, which happened to be right as my Muon ran out.

Just have a high level guildie do the quest for you and give you the schematic.

I am quite sure that it took me (TK/Fencer/Brawler) and my friend (Pikeman/TK/Fencer/Brawler) a bit longer than 10-15 mins to kill the beast that spawned. But we did kill it, it never despawned. We kept switching off aggro and resting. We kept it Warcry2'ed for most of the combat, and towards the end all I did was spam UAHit3 with my knuckler on for like 5 mins (muon + food + music/dance buffs are a good thing). I think it had to take us 20 mins, atleast!
