Finishing a quest monster warrants nothing.
It is a 340,000 HAM waste of time.
When I went to get the schematic, I was master Swords. I just /center, then search, and teh dragon did maybe 1,000 points of damage to me while I casually looted my stuff.
....Then I ran to my swoop, which I had parked 60m away (Dragons Area attack), and fled like a little girl.

I realize there is very little reward in taking it out, but it'd still be a fun time just to say, lookit us we finished off a krayt. I duno, maybe when I go get my 2nd one I'll just warcry it, then I'll proceed to flee.

I have looted 5+ red cubes..are they better then yellow cubes?

i have read several pages of this post and it seems to have gone towards the geo cubes. ths problem i have is getting the schem. for some reason it says im not strong enough to accept the mission and to return when i am. i have tried to change weapon etc, no luck. i was told i need more combat xp but i have 86k i am swords 1,1,1,1 . any help with this would be greatly appreciated. also could someone give me the yavin 4 WP to the geo cave on kettemoor?

As far as you not being strong enough, the magic rule is that you have to have mastered one column in an elite combat profession to be allowed to do it. So if you're 1/1/1/1, then you won't be able to do it until you're x/x/x/4 or some variation of that.

alright thx. i figured it had something like that going on. well i guess ill just have to keep going to get one cause there is no way i am shelling out 400-700k for one lol.

Yeah, what's the deal with the outragous prices on scythe's. Also, has anyone noticed how insanely fast they wear?Anyone know the dealy'o? 500k+ for a weapon that wears faster then a normal weapon....hrrm. Scythe's are quickly becoming my PvP only weapons.

They're expensive because they're rare. As said earlier, the schematic yields only 4 weapons max. And also, as you've seen, these yellow cubes are pretty rare, even more rare are good ones. The cost of the parts for the weapon, and the number of weapons per schematic are what make the scythe expensive.

Looted a execeptional sword core (yellow text) from one of the genosians... The stats seems to be exectly the same as on a regular one tho.. Is it worth making a scythe with this core or should i wait till i get some yellow cubes??
Also looted a exeptional reinforcment core, what are those for?? Anything worth keeping?

Exceptional is when it actually has the text (exceptional) after the name. Yellow name just means that it's not base. Base is a term for a standard drop... one that has no modifications to its stats. For example, base on a sword core is 25/25 -.4 speed if I remember correctly. Anything different than that will cause it to have a yellow name.
If an item is exceptional, it will have a yellow name AND the (exceptional) tag, and will have significantly improved stats. A guildmate of mine looted a set of 7 exceptional sword cores, one of which was used to make a 500+ scythe.
I would also like to note that only the first item of the set will show up as yellow, but the entire set will have the same stats. Don't trash the other items simply because they don't have a yellow name.
Edit: And to answer your question, generally it will be best to wait for yellow cubes and decent agents. Unless the cores are above 45 max, it's probably not worth keeping them. Even at 45 max, I'd say only use them if you have a set of 6 or more, simply because you'll get lower range mods for all but ideal off of it.

ok im gonna try and answer as many questions as i can Bethrezen was a good friend but unfortunatly he left the game
First answer that comes to mind is DONT waste your schems Unless you can obtain alot of the schematics dont waste them. By this I mean. Cratf the sword only when you loot 7 cubes and 7 agents this way you get 2 swords out of 1 schematic
Also some tips about getting the schematic other them paying 500k askl around find anyone that has master a row in any elite profession and see if you can get him/her to do the quest for you. Although if you end up paying 500k fora schem and you only use sets of 7 cubes/agents then you can make a total of 6 swords no on my server any scythe that has275max damage which is possible with +10 cubes abd agents sells for 600-900k this is pre slice the damage sliced ones that top out around 340-390 sell for million 5 or 2 mil
so if you patient and you get your self 3 sets of 7 max damage 15+ cubes and a 3 sets of 7 agernts around 18-25 max damage you could sell 1 sword to pay for 3 schems .
ok I also remember seeing someone mention a speed slice scythe over 500 max damage I do not think this is possible. I used 16 max cubes and 16 max agents and got a 454 with a 28%damage slice
SO I dont see this possible he got a damage slice if not Id love to see a screen shot of the scythe and would love to know what damage cubes he got
as far as red cubes I have never used them
same as green
if your scythe is decaying fast dont use a power up that cause decay faster

I have everthing to give to my weaponsmith but im wondering to make ONE SCYTHE how much of the steels etc do u need?
