aye, may be an acklay still but one with 350-650 would be much better for pvpAs i said its worth one hell of a lot of money and its awesome for pve and killing jedis.
Have to agree with you there. Someone on my server looted a 305-320 stun baton and got a speed slice on it, but either way it's a beast for PvP, I think he quit, haven't seen that in a while.

Actually, the average dmg per hit against an opponent with melee mitigation 3 is almost exactly the same between this hammer and a 350-650 one.

Aye noc i agree somewhat, but other than dealing damage and keeping people away from ranged fighters what can we do? We arnt exactly dot or state appliersAnd i agree on the ranged fighters, they would get a severe beating.
you cant dizzy and floor them if they arent a stacker for one. with a miduim status defense i can even keep a person floored on a one on one fight, yes it is possible? but how you ask l337 master noc? thats my secret
tacticly placing posture attack to gain extra move, that with altinating warcry. can keep people quite busy. remember people often run when they are low so time your posture attack for it, heh heh they shall be no running away from swordman, they come they die. simple. they are plenty more you can do just get creative i just given you some example. problem is people often dont explore swordman properly and then whine they can do and so. swordman doesnt have "i win" button which is what i like about it. and applying DoT is not a fighting technique it shouldnt even be in the PvP books in my personal opinion.
get creative, swordman can be more than a simply damage dealer, but when faced heavy stacker we can still fall back on damage, what can poor fencer or tkm do in that situation with out DoT?
