i know we got a big influx after the scyhte - just cuz it looks cool and people are bored.
but i think the acklay bones are really pushing us in the red zone.
and all the talk of S0LOin' (Dood what can you s0l0 with swordsman????? - d00d whats the best mob you can kill with swordsman??????????)
i got a feeling the nerf man will commeth if this keeps up.
hopefully everybody is enjoying swordsman though.......i know im bored with it.

i get that feeling too....as far as the boredom goes, i'm bored w/ it simply b-cuz we are no longer unique.....every1 i see nowadays is swordsman or rifleman, or pikeman(for the loots).....it was fun when they were so few of us.....now we are amongst the many.

well on my server there still only a few of us as most are , rifleman / cm , ive being swordman a while droped it and am master it again after trying commando , but i still like swordman and enjoy it am also getting good in PVP with it as well

Infinity isnt really SWARMING.. but there's a reason that I have 1100 AP.. (I rarely walk around with MHS tag and I rarely bother to teach).. The swordsman population is growing.. But I dont see that many sreious swordsman.. most become it to use the scythe.. In PvP where most of the core swordsmen are to be found, I see very few.. Which is almost a little sad, as I am usually the first to be targeted.. lol.

It kinda funny as i use my PH in PVP Only and have lent my scythe to a mate grinding sword for a holo but i find the PH much better when you are maxxed on speed but im not there yet as it hard to get speed tapes and my PH at the mo is 430- 589 dam with range mods of -8 accross the boards so u very realy miss with this

I still have yet to see this supposed influx of swordsman. Compared to TK's or Rifleman, we're an incredibly small minority, at least that I've noticed. Most people I talked to who were swordsman only did it as a holo prof, and have since dropped it, or are working on it as a holo prof, and WILL drop it. Maybe I just don't get out enough on my server, but I don't think we're quite FOTM....yet?
Then again...I could just be one of the influx, since I haven't been master for more than two months....

Wwo me and carkisn ahve exaxtly the same professions with the same skills,as for the FOTM,i think that there is an increase in swordsman however mnay people are still going for tkm,as i've been walking around on dant i see many people with titles that involve mainly tka,swordsman or rifeleman.We are quite powerful so a nerf might be coming if everyone starts doign ti and drawing attention to it.

I guess you guys would be right about the FOTM...I only joined the swordies so I could use my cool scythe and 0wn tuff mobs =) Then again...I dont stay with any profession too long...so don't take it personally, I get bored easily and will probably drop swordie a day or so after I master it anyway.

Would have to agree with you here Huan, kinda of makes me sad. I became a Swordsman over 2 months ago before the Scythe and before the increase. I even stopped the holo grind because of Swordsman, started focusing on loot and pvp. Those who say TKM is uber is wrong, they absolutely suck. Only peeps I fear is Rifleman and CM's.

Darnit, it better not become the fotm.I always seem to pick the fotm proff. without realising
First it was Commando, then i was going to go Combat medic but realised just in time,then riflemen and now swordsman

I have been a swordsman for about six months now, coupled with medic. But now I intend to create a template which I sense is on its way to becoming a prefered FOTM over tka/rifleman.... its the *drum roll* HS/Rifleman!! Yeah, big shock there! lol. Mainly I am after this template because of the double threat it can give me to attacking mind. And just like TKA, it gives me the option of ranged or closing to melee, which can help keep some people off balance. All and all i have heard alot of good things about HS/Rifleman, and I am giving the new 'fotm' a whirl.

I dont see many swordsman on my server, and not many people running around with Scythes. If anything I would say Fencer has become growingly popular because of their stun damage, and pikeman is becoming somewhat common. Still just over run with TKM and Rifleman.
