Thread: Best place for SEA's?

I know, I know... this isn't really the forum for it. But I figured if I was looking for a particular loot drop, people who can kill anything would likely know about it....
I've just started an alternate character who I'm going to go up the crafting trees with, problem is, I don't want to pay oodles of credits for +1 SEA's. So, where is the best place to find them?
I don't want to afk macro the borgle caves, some good ol' home slashing is what I want.
Any suggestions?

Sadly afk looting the borgle cave is far and away the best place to get skilltapes.
Apparently they decided actually rewarding players for killing things doesn't fit with the dev "vision".
You can theoretically get skilltapes off any high level NPC (at least any one with blasters, I don't think Janta/Mokk drop them), the Aakuan cave is a reasonable place, Lokian Mercenaries from time to time, Nightsisters allegedly, but I've killed hundreds of the buggering things and have never looted a single skilltape. Lord Nyax is another possibility if you can get there before the next guy.

Go to talus and run aakuan champion missions with a friend or large pet. They can drop up to +5 attachments. The corellian corvette is good too if you are looking for higher attachments (up to at least +17). The drop rate for attachments on nightsisters is fairly poor compared to some of the other mobs because they have a lot of specific loot that they can drop like heavy leathers, clasps and pikes. If you are only looking for attachments you are better off hunting something else.

and also if u get an encoded disk...decode it and find the treasure if its a treasure map, dont destroy em haha, today i got a red twin force crystal cluster AND an AA for Def vs. KD +2 in the sm container and this is the second time i got a crystal from reasure...tho i still have to get this twin one checked and the last green one sucked hehe, and ive never gotten **edit** from NS either

dont get me started on elders 
from the 12 or 15 I did today, I looted 6 times (!!) only creds, and some ns lances with +25 stats that dont exist anymore (like... polerarm evasion or so..)

I've killed a couple hundred various Nightsisters and got only one AA (off a Spellweaver). It was +15 Unarmed Speed and +6 Carbine Aiming. Got tons of DOT NS pikes, though. Never occurred to me that the special NS drops could nerf the drop rate for things like SEAs, so maybe I'll start killing NPCs that use blasters.

Outstanding, just looted a +6 Counterattack AA off a missioned Aakuan Champion, many thanks to the guy who suggested these things

Thanks. I never thought that Nightsisters poor drop rate is affected by their NS only drops, but now it makes sense!

Well to throw my 2 cents in.
Past 4 days i looted a:
+6 droid complexity +7 food experimentation Bandolier from a NS.= 13 mill
+25 Weapon Experimantion had another mod was +21 but forget what it was=40 mill
+12 pistol accuracy while moving +15 Warcry CA= still up for auction
+25 BF healing (music) +25 Two-Handed melee Accuracy= just placed up for auction
So yeah think i will stick with regular NS and elder.BTW the bandolier came from a stalker

I vote for NS too.
I have killed plenty and they dont frop attachments that often but when they do its worth it .
.Got 1 +25 rifle speed, +15 pistol speed, +7 unarmed ac., +6 melee defense and one worthless +11 two handed melee evasion so far .

If you are looking for +1 SEA then check out the bazaar as there are loads dumped on there daily on bloodfin for 6k each.
Or if you want to work a little for them then check out the dungeons and poi on Talus and Rori - quite often you will find numerous +1 in the containers etc
