reply seriously. we need more people like you on radiant. of the 2 people i know who make melee weapons there is never anything in one and vibroknucklers in the other. i have the only powerhammer on the server i do believe and its horrible. i just like to walk around lying aobut the stats hehe

Guys don't buy those - you can get the same quality from Tead for 4k - 6k per sword. I have no idea where those prices are coming from. My tead 2 hander is sliced to 2.3 speed with 40-221 damage - Sure the 1.9 is a bit better but is it 13k better? I would pay 9k for any of those to reflect the specific work but 17-20k is a huge markup.

Um, your 2HCS is 56 DPS....the 1.9 speed one listed here is 123 DPS. It's 55% better. Don't know about 17K, but if yours is 6K, then his is worth at least 9.3K. (Seriously, that's 1.5x the weapon you've got...it's worth far more than what a little percentage says)

Have you visited my shop recently? I know I had some stock problems earlier (due to lack of resources) but I've been doing a much better job of keeping it filled recently. Just put 10 two-handed curved swords on it last night...

Dude, my sword has 96 DPS not 56 =). His is only 23% better - and even so, I did say it was worth about 9k. But 20k? Please.

for 20k I want a power hammer with a 2.5sec attack speed 60-285. THATS a 20k weapon.

what's the formula for dps? I'm using(min+max)/(2*speed), yielding a dps of 78 for the 61-236 @ 1.9 sword and 56 for Sitherain's 40-221 @ 2.3.....???

It depends on what you want - I was using Maxdamage/delay.

isn't it (Min+Max) / (2) / (speed) = avg dmg per sec?

Also note, these are pre sliced -- what if you want a sword with a good speed slice, which is not common? You may have to buy 4 or 5 swords, pay to get them all sliced, and still not get what you want.

This way, you can pay more and say "to heck with the chance. I'm just gonna pay 20k up front and be guaranteed of what I'm getting"

That, and 20k as opposed to 5k is all of 20-30 minutes more of whacking crazed durni missions on corellia
