Well here it is. I see alot of post asking questions about this so I am posting it. I am on the flurry server if you have any doubts I collect premiums for rebel jedi's.
The template I have is as follows
MSTR Swordsman/Brawler/Fencer and medic 2300
First you will need a full set of buffs including all the mind buffs
You can take brandee or anyother food you want though it isn't necessary
What you need is good all around 70 to 80% comp armor (Full Suit)
Meds of course b stims work just fine
A damage sliced power hammer (600 plus) to make it go faster
The Nightsister Stronghold is probly the best area to find them. Leave the Science outpost and head toward the ns stronghold. about 2200 out you are going to be in a valley. Stay in this valley and continue heading toward the ns stronghold. You will come accross one in this valley usually.
Pulling the elder.
This is pretty easy you just have to be carefull. If the elder is on the outside of the group just run around the group till you get on the side with the elder. Move close slowly taking a few steps each time. When the ? pops up over the elders head take a few steps closer and wait. It will usually agro on you and start moving back away from the group. This is called a "tactical retreat". While moving back away from the spawn group keep tossing intimidate on the elder. Try and get the elder a good ways away from any ns. Around other animals is okay except ns rancors. Any other animal will attack the elder as long as you don't do area attacks.
Once you have the elder by itself do a few mind hit 2's on the elder. this will put about a 500 dam mind bleed on it. Then you can start doing head hit 3. Be sure to keep the intimidate on the elder at all times. Also depending on the weapon the elder weilds is the main factor to how much dam it will do to you. A power hammer, any polearm, and a stun baton will do the most damage to you. The other weapons will do around 30-80 dam depending on your armor usually. Keep a mind bleed on the elder and intimidate and just sit back and enjoy your time. This is where the medic part comes in to play. A usual bout with and elder will have you sustain bleeding around 2 to 5 times. You must get rid of these as fast as possible. If the elder stacks a bleed on you, well just hope you cloned. It will usually take about 4 or 5 firstaids at at low lvl medic to heal the bleed. At 2300 I can do about 3 head hits inbetween each first aid. Heal yourself as needed. You want to have meds that have a high heal. You can try and knock her down then warcry but it usually works about 1 in 10 times. After fighting for a while her stats will start lowering. This is usually a little ways after halfway. 370k ham it will start lowering around 120k.
When any of her ham (mind) gets to around 40 to 30k she will take off walking then do the ns teleport. Easy way to stop it is when she turns clear your attack menu and taunt her she will stop in her tracks and she won't run anymore. Make sure you are between her and the ns. She will walk away fromyou. So if you are facing a group of ns with her between you and them, she will run toward them
u elderother ns
OOO O O
I > I I I I she willwalk toward them
elder uother ns
OOO O O
I > I I I I she will walk the other way
After that it is all gravy. Just don't rush anything and make sure when you pull the elder out exam her while running back. This way you know what weapon is going to be beating you sinceless.
I hope this helps everyone out. Good Luck

i solo'd an elder last night and i did not need mind buffs, all you need is canape on hand, i used 2 of them through the entire fight. keep in mind i'm a human, so my mind pool is 1100 with 950 in either mind substat.
my template is unfinished, but right now its:
Master Swordsman, 4000 TKA, 1000 Doctor, Master Medic, Master Brawler
YOU NEED DOCTOR
if you get into a serious KD+dizzy cycle, it could be curtains because she dizzies very frequently. getting in a dizzy cycle while you are bleeding is also very bad, make sure your stims can heal about 1000 at 0 BF because you'll get about 300 BF fighting her.
the elder i solo'd was using a normal lance
of course all i got was a crappy lance

Was curious if you think a
4004CM/Master Swordsman/ with 18 points left to spend somewhere (probably3 in FS, 6 in novice doctor), which leaves 2 trees for doctor, could do this?
You could easily pull in elders with single poison. (pretty damn sure)
You could easily stack poisons/mind bleeds. (maximizing the speed of stomping her)
You can /stand;/clearstate.
You can do one hell of a /firstaid.
You heal for massive ammounts.
It seems pretty damn good to me. What do you think?

lol you don't need doc. you can use food if you want but a mind buff is better plus it gives you room for oh crap occasions. trust me a little bit of medic works just fine. i solo about 4 to 5 elders a buff set. i usually stop cause of bf getting to high. all honesty master swordsman and 2300 in medic is all you need

Even with a pvp type build they are
soloable..
I only have medic 0040 And the bleeds
are more of an inconvience then anything
Warcry is your friend
Plus I have only been kd'd by an elder once
and got up imediately from it.
Master Sword
Master Brawler
TK 4204
Fencer 4400
Medic 0040
FS Combat 0004
That being said, I have never been hit with
a mind bleed from an Elder, but I imagine
that would require a tactical retreat.

Soloed one easily yesterday (took a long, long time though).. just had brandy for mind buffs 2400-2500 doc buffs, master swordsman/master brawler, pistol defences, feign death, some medic, 80% kinetic composite... Only had to heal myself a couple of times, and the NS barely put any states on me. Not speed capped so you can imagine how long it took. That particular elder was holding some sort of lance,Later though, I saw another, thought I'd go again, but this time the NS pulled a powerhammer out, and it was just creaming me, no chance my mind would have lasted with all that healing... I had to feign death, and then ran off as it came back with some friends.

For you non-smuggler types there is also the /warcry /peace /burstrun strategy to escape a losing battle. The trick is to recognize failure early, and make your escape as soon as you can. If your buffs are off, or you popped some muon 5 mins ago and forgot about it, just /waypoint, get the heck out of there ASAP and don't waste any more time & armor condition than you need to.
*note headhit 3 puts a minor bleed on sometimes, and that will break the warcy when it ticks. This is important to know because warcry2 is your time best friend if things start going awry.

Someone else allready said it, but warcry is you freind, I dont find the bleeds a problem and I only have novice medic KD/Dizzy is a bugger, but I am also 4004 TKA and just switch to a VK while I'm on the floor to minimise the damage, I dont see the point in getting more medic as even with all stats maxed on mind and full mind buffs it is only ever my mind that causes me any worry as it cant be healed, at least by using the extra points on defences I can minimize the impact on my mind. As a side note, I never use bleeds any more, it breaks warcry to often and get me attacked when I need to recover a little HAM
