Hi Guys Here was my idea for hunting NS. I don't plan on taking on any high level ones just some mid-level ones.

Master Swords
Medic 2030 (For the stim C's)
Master Scout
Ranger 0020 (for the tracking night sisters)
Some Merchant in the Artisan Tree

Any thoughts? I'm concerned that it may not be enough Medic.

Also what Sisters should I target and which ones should I avoid like the plague?

Personally i wouldn't take on Elders without doc or a doc with you because you'll be Dizzied and KD faster then you can say Nuna

I was able to take NS elders with master fencer, master brawler, master swordsman. And the rest in medic with super ease. The def vs KD on this template is kinda low

But i got my ars3 kicked in one attack without doc by elder, she layed every state on me and i fell

Which is exactly why you drop the doctor for some SP. And put those points in fencer and tk for some stacking. I never got knocked down once by an elder with my old template.

Here's my template, works great for ns hunting, everything but elders is very, "very" easy, elders aint a problem, works very well, but it aint as easy as others ofcoz.

Master Swordsman

Master Brawler

TKM

some fencer defenses

and finally medic, only 0110, just get good stim b's.

Using this template with a good ph, puta damage pup on it

put on a decent armor, get mind & doc buffs, bring some food (ahrisa, brandy) and some moun gold for backup.

run in to a bounch of 10 random ns's (maybe no elders in that bounch tho

)

and just swing that hammer around yer head!

ps, im at +95 2h melee speed

I'm a doc...

I admit that I have rather hard time doing elders

speed cap, fs accur, accur tapes, countertapes(not much lol) etc etc.....

Doc/swords is hard on elders, way too low defences

thats is weird I must have lucked out on my elder kills then. The 2 I have killed were both using one handed swords but no stun batons and they didn't even get a state on me, well they may have but I didn't fall or bleed or fire or poison or disease. all i did was intim the hell out of them and make with the mind hits with my 600 damage hammer. at that time i was master swordsman medic 4-4-4-0 using stim c and that was it. strange maybe i got lucky!!!!

you dont need master doc or any doc at all to totaly own elders

this is my alt's template and i can own elders even with stun batons

master swordsmen

master brawler

4004 tka

0040 pikemen

0040 fencer

2140 medic

when fighting elders and ns's i hardly never get any states on me, and if one does land, it is never followed by a kd so i am on my feet the whole fight

Uh, no. Master doctor, or ANY doctor is by far not necessary. While it's nice to buff yourself as needed, and have state heals, the defense lines in fencer, or TKA are a greater use and utility in long duration NS elder fights, as they are mainlyfood and heal/bleedmanagement. The ability to heal states are a minimal benefit, as the KD defence from fencer will next to never land you on your back, and the extra bleed treatment is simply less inconvience than any real necessity.

I'm Master Swords, Master Brawler, 4304 TKA, 1400 Fencer, 2040 Medic, 0014 Prowess, and I can single pull and down NS Elders one after the other, with minimal issues on ANYTHING except a stun baton. Some don't even come close to even scratching me for the duration of the fight.

All you need, is to intim right off, get the correct positioning,warcry bleeds (if they're multiple pool, and hit hard otherwise a timed heal will do fine) and pace yourself. During this "break", you'll be able to re-intim, regen HAM a bit, re-apply your pup, check food status as needed,re-position if requiredand cut downany states' time on you. Rinse and repeat.

I've also noticed that if you randomly warcry them even if you don't really need a break (no bleeds on you), they bleed ALOT less. I think it "resets" a timer, or it may just be a coincidance on my end, as I have no hard evidance of it.
