SLs should gain the abililty at leadership 4 to assign "Platoons" which are essentially raid parties.

Huh? We're limited to 8 ppl now? Hmm...
Nice idea by the way, requiring SLs to lead raids

yea 8 man groups suck, if Sl could increased that...... I'm gonna pester my Sl friends to come back....

I agree that it would be a great ability for the SL to add to the group cap. For each 4th tier skill they can have 1 more person and at master 4 more. A group lead by a master SL could lead a group of 16.

This is what you do:
Squad Leader is the only profession that can create a platoon, they then become the "platoon leader"
They are able to invite up to 4 other group leaders into the platoon. So the max number can be 40 players in a platoon. Once a platoon is formed, an SL and group leaders can communite with each other via /pchat *text* or something. Normal group members do not gain access to this special chat room or else it would be a 40 man spam fest of text. Squad Leaders should be allowed a special type of system message that can appear on the other group leader screens and/or allow all system messages be forwarded to the other group leaders.
Examples of possible platoon commands.
/platoon (group leader name) - invites a leader of a group into the platoon
/setplatoon (name) - Creates the platoon name, this appears over all character names that are in the platoon. EG /setplatoon Storm Brigade
/platoondisband - Removes the platoon, but the SL still keeps their group.
/setplatooncolor (color) - Select what colour you want the text to appear in the chat window. You can either do this like /sys now or simplify it, white, red, orange, green, blue, purple, yellow.
/sys all - System message appears on SL's group member screens and other group leaders in the platoon.
What do you all think of that?

Mailek,
You have done it again.
This is a great idea and perfect solution for all those players out there who like to run large groups on live. Im gonna agree and say this is a Master ability. Of course there could be some precursor abilites like /groupname or /groupcolor, etc.

Wow thank you all for your support on this idea 
, i'm speechless. Irott plzzzz let the devs know about this asap because the 8 man group thing will really bum a lot out and we can actually get something great for our profession before our revamp. I agree with the master SL ability but loki's idea with +1 in each of the top tiers at bad either.
