Buffs do not appear to be dropping properly.
I had a SL buff on me and joined a group that had a buff. They recieved my buff and I recieved theres. Me and the other SL then both applied another buff, and nowsome of us have got 4 buffs from 2 SLs while others have 2 or 3 buffs.

Better take note of that and bring it up to the devs when they release their test center bugs thread
. Keep up the good work, all! Looks like they introduced the leadership mod thanks to your feedback (I didn't really have much to say heh), so I guess we can't say that they don't listen to anything that we say

I wish I could help test, but RL has forced me to /retreat for a while. All I can do is sit in TC with my newbie toon, staring at the modified SL skillset. But I'm rooting for you all! ![]()

MRM/Master HUMAN Squad Leader!
Ive been playing around with SL for the past few weeks and ive noticed a few things:
- I can provide very benficial groups buffs. This in turn gives me a vital place in the group and allows me to switch between groups buffs depending on the situation. I love form up especially for our of combat with my favourite in combat being Volley Fire.
- I find myself naturally being pushed towards the group leader role because of my new group and enemy debuffs.
- Paint Target and Called Shot simply rock in any situation although the action costs do suck as i cannot fire either and remain actioned up.
- The ability to use group buffs out of groups such as formupis great as it allows me to really play into the role of a pathfinder/leader.
- Being able to run around the combat zone dictating how we fight is very fun and my SL abilities now impact that function.
- I cannot be a group leader because i can only single buff one person at one time. Im more of a counsilor than a group leader if i can only sit down and have a one to one with a single group member every ten minutes. Players should be allowed to have one single target buff active at any time and its up to the SL to dictate which one that person gets. In other words the cooldowns need removing and instead, players need limiting to how many single target SL buffs they can have active at once (1 buff per person).
- Paint Target needs a debuff icon adding so cycling to the pinpointed target is easier. In this game we often find combat degenerates into a mess or mobs, players need to be able to find their highlighted target by other means than just point and click.
- I dont see the point of steady aim as it just gives a smaller damage bonus than volley fire and this seems to be the case against all targets.
- Retreat fails to fire on many occassions. It starts the cooldown yet doesnt fire the effect.
- Second chance does not work. It starts the cooldown but the effect doesnt fire failing to equalize the damages.
Overall the group buffs and enemy debuffs are spot on. The single target buffs are a massive letdown as i cant go through my group and assign them roles with the buffs (make someone the tank, make a couple of others healers, others offtanks, others dps etc).
The movement enhancers are great, just need to get the issues sorted with retreat.
