I shudder to think what it will look like when it runs through the translational program on its way to Eurasia.

Yes, I think you would be happy with it. Keep in mind, however, that this is only our "top 5" issues so don't be thinking that this means we'll be in perfect condition come next week. It does mean that certain things are likely to be changing soon, and more changes are not too far away.

The bigger question is: Would you be satisfied with it? I'm hoping so, at least in the short term...In the long term, however, there's a lot of work to be done.

I will be satisfied, at least in the short term, if they propose and timely implement subtantive changes that will help the profession and bear some resemblence to what we asked for. What I will not be satisfied with is another we will look into it response (although that would be an improvement given the current situation) or a proposal like Holo's that ignores what we want and proposes unhelpful changes. I'm not saying the Devs can't come up with better ideas than we have. But if they aren't going to make the changes we want, they need to make damm sure they are positive changes.

I agree the Top 5 should bejust a beginning. TH said in an unrelated post that he was going to finish up the Top 5 lists this week. So I will wait and see if he follows through. /hope on

You know,I was a master SL and dumped all but noivce (just incase I want to go back).

I want a reason to be a SL again. Good concept, but bad application.

TH said the Top 5 responses would be this week so he has a bit more time. I will try to give him the benefit of the doubt for now, although, I obviously won't be suprised if we don't get a response. /sigh

I will not be suprised.

I will continue to support this game, this profession, and the development team.

I will /bump.

This is getting rediculous.

Thulium, I will stop bumping this if you tell us that the DEVs have absolutley nothing for us. As long as it's true.

Seriously, yay or nay, we need to know if we should be expecting something.

Granted, if they do have something for us, I'm going to want to know what.

Saying that the devs have nothing for us would be specifically NOT true. We WILL benefit from the Combat changes and the profession changes that come along with it. I don't have many details yet, but I should be able to give at least SOME information soon.

Even the SWG cynics recognize that P.R. is a driving factor in development of this game. Up until now, the PR guys were pushing for Cities and Mounts and Vehicles. All these are out now and if you hadn't noticed, the "In Development" page has been looking a bit empty as of late. Don't expect this to continue. You can rest assured that SOE will have a shiny new carrot for us soon enough.

At this point I think it's legitimate to be frustrated about things being slow in coming, but until the devs announce their Big Plan for the future, there's no good reason to worry that we won't see improvements. Don't ask "If" changes will happen, ask "when" and "what" changes will happen.

I'd like to know when they're going to kill experience gain so I can get back to master.

Another broken promise.I must say, I am disappointed about this. It has been six months and we still haven't had a response to our Top 5.Now they are busy fixing the game breaking lag we say last night, or at least I hope they are, but this level of continued inattention ridiculous.

The CH changes have also hurt Squad Leaders. I don't know how many of you use a pet, but I do, because without one I just wouldn't have enough offensive firepower. Because of the skill points SL costs, it really limits us.The 1-1-x-xpets (GSP andGrand Wrinx) really mitagated this effect, because there issome over lapbetween CH and the SL prerequisites. Has anyone else been hurt by this change?
