I would doubt seriously that the process was anythingmore than first come first serve. For that I am glad that Thulium got in there before SOEL33TKooldoodzsubmitted his application. If you remember, we werent exaclty pleased with the selection process when Capt V was choosen either, but he stepped up and did an outstanding job. I think Thilium is already proving his worth.

btwDiLune, I certainly dont mean to imply that you arent supporting Thulium. I just wanted to bring up the point that, yes, SOE's selection "process" is terrible. But fortunately it seems it will work out for us a second time.

no offense taken...I do however intend to /boggle the official announcement. That, I believe is the official salute when a SL corr is announced.

Hehe, I wonder if Volatris will be making a return...

You really never know. The official announcment hasn't been made. We are just assuming its Thulium. Who knows. Vol could have been lurking these long months and PMing TH during that time "When is Capt V leaving?" Maybe they are old Beta Buddies. Maybe Vol is the new Corr! That's it! Mystery solved....

I am not inclined to Volunteer for this.

I spent a lot of time and effort in writing the most recent version of the FAQ for SLs and I did it for love of the profession as it COULD become.

I would have to see some progress in having the profession fixed before that.
