Well Here is the thing. If I were running Jedi Bounties (which I guess I could do) I'd want to have a posse of other BHs. I would envision myself kind of like Tommy Lee Jones from the Fugative:
We have an all points bulletin. We have a galaxy wide search for 1 Jedi knight by thename Oda Un-Kan00b. He is a Jedi Knight presumed armed and extremely dangerous. I want a search of everycantina, buffhouse starport,faction base, point of interest, and med center from here to dathomir. Our fugative has a 10 minute headstart and with a disabled speeder is presumed to have travelled in 2000m radius starting from this point. We will break into 3 teams Jingo andBobo you form team Alpha I need you to search Yavin, Talus, andCorellia. IJ-99 and that Trando, sorry I just haven't learned your name yet, my bad, you haveNaboo, Rori, and Dathomir. I will take Tatooine, Lok, and Dantooine.Do not engage until you have back up. We are moving out now guys!
Sort of emphasizing Team work and give it real posse feel. Hopefully the CU will make that sort of combat rewarding for both sides. And emphasize tactics over raw power.
