I personally haven't used /boostmorale, but it has been reported many times that it does wounds and not damage. One of the desires the SL community has is changing it to damage.

Likewise, damage evening would be much more useful, as evenly distributing wounds just gives a medic more people to treat.

Holocron posted today that Commando is being revamped, than Teras Kasi Artist... I hope a few issues in Squad Leader are addressed eventually too.
