Question about the Squad Leader exp calculation ... it it:
SL exp = Combat exp * 2 * group size
Is that Combat exp received by the squad leader or total combat exp received by the group?
Maybe I should clarify:
is it calculated on the combat exp received by the Squad Leader when contributes to killing a creature/mob, or is it the GROUPS combat exp received when they kill a creature/mob
It is your personal xp. Doesn't matter how much dmg the group did. Haven't had a chance to check out the patch now but it says something about group xp being fixed.
Yeah, it's your personal combat xp, as said. I also have noticed (pre patch...I haven't been home yet to see if there are any differences in the new patch) that it is sometimes a bit more than what is calculated above. My hunch is that it has something to do with how they round things.

I've killed a lot of creatures to get SL xp and never once has the aforementioned SL xp formula worked out. From what I've gathered its more like:
Weapon Xp - Combat Xp * (some decimal that depends on group size ie 1.5)
The formula is "weapon exp * (group size / 5)"
If there are 2 in the group (min) you get 40% of your weapon exp, if there are 5 in the group you get the same weapon exp as SL exp, more than that you get more.
That is the same thing (other than rounding) as the forumla above since combat_xp = weapon_xp/10

Alright I got another question for you guys...
Alright I've heard conflicting things about the /boostmorale ability... does it even out the WOUNDS or the DAMAGE of the group? I'm pretty sure it's damage, but want clarification. Also what's the HAM cost?
Also, the /formup command that cures dizzy and stun effects... is there a time limit on how often it can be used? What's the HAM cost?
Boostmorale evens Wounds, not Damage.
Formup has no timer and the drain is dependant on how many people are in the group. I am not sure what the exact formula is but I seem to drain about 25% in a 14 person group.
