We have the SL cache thread around, lists all available things pretty well.
On the matter of DPS... why not wound chance? Both stats are worthless when evaluating the quality of a weapon, after all.
Anyways, be assured the intimidator pistol and E5 carbine can be crafted up to the standards of other lv. 54 weapons and are well able to mess with the best and come out as top-class weapon.
I appreciate the information though the chip on shoulder I don't understand. i read through that thread but seeing the date on it assumed things could have changed and something new may have been out or new resources may have bumped the crafted weapons up a bit. the stat DPS on the gun is a borked number and I was more interested in real DPS. I'm still not accustomed to equaiting that particular stat with the term DPS as i am more used to raw DPS figures that we have always figured based on min/max and speed, so where you're little snide comment came from i don't know.

DPS isnt all its cracked up to be.
1. Highest Max Dmg
2. Low SAC
3. Speed
A gun with a dps of 270 and a max dmg of 1300 will beat down a play a lot faster than a gun with 330 dps and a max dmg of 700.
Once again not interested in the stupid DPS numbers on the gun, nobody with any sense uses those numbers. Just speed and DMG I'll figure the DPS myself thank you.

And what you'll figure out will be pretty close to what the listed DPS on the weapon is. Which again is a worthless value.
Let me explain:
- the value "speed" only is more or less accurate when using ranged shot
- we all use attack abilities different from ranged shot. I assume you have noticed that you can drastically increase your damage output if you alternate attacks. (For me as carbineer, i mix the highest damage legshot with rapidfire and chargeshot. While the legshot still is in cooldown, i already again inflict damage with the other abilities.)
- due to the named mechanics, the speed value of a weapon is pretty worthless in the current system. You are best off by getting a weapon with high damage values and low SAC. (If you use the described method of attack, you'll burn much more action than when just relying upon auto-fire. Action thus gets a drastically limiting factor.)
For the E5 carbine, the carbines damage cap of 1063 can be reached, the SAC cap also can be reached... most people say it's 73, some few postings say that 72 can be achieved. The Intimidator and E5 are craftable and enhanceable lv. 54 weapons and can achieve the same values and properties as any other weapon of that level and cathegory.
On the rifle part we're slightly loosing out, the Dawnsorrow is a loot only weapon. While i saw some nice ones of them (on screenshots, anyways, mine is only average), it can't be crafted with enhancers and thus will loose out against the advanced laser rifle.
As a sidenote, if you want enhanced SL weapons, you'll have to talk to your favourite weaponsmith. You'll easily find krayted weapons with no profession requirements on some vendors, the same high availablity is given for a few selected profession specific weapons, mostly Bounty Hunter equipment. I still have to find a loot-enhanced SL weapon on a vendor, we're just so rare that few weaponsmiths even bother to create standard weapons for us and certainly nobody invests krayt tissue into a weapon which probably never will be sold.

You are the one that asked for the DPS. I was telling you its not a useful value. DMG is most important. SAC is nect important. Speed is an afterthought.
There are plenty of people who are ready to sacrifice some damage for perfect SAC. It's a matter of your fighting style, i would say... but the last voiced who claimed that speed matters went silent some time ago. (Actually speed matters for lower level characters... but when getting to CL80, you usually have enough +weapon speed and +general ranged speed that you can compensate well for a slow weapon with high damage.)
