Thread: Smuggler's Guide to Selling Faction Points v1.3 by Dreven
San...you can sticky this one and remove the other one when you get a chance.

Thanks Caylin.
I figured it was time to condense some of the issues in the previous version.
I had considered trying to add a price list for faction perks, but that would just get complicated having to explain why perks for one side are different than the other. And the new GCW patch is likely to flip the prices anyway...
one question i don't think that's been addressed. does /delegatefaction name amount work like /tip bank? can the person you're delegating to be anywhere online and get the faction or do they need to be standing nearby?

if you're doing faction at a player base, run to the bank and deposit what is required for the order into your account. you can then leave the inventory window open to watch your bank account drain until you're done.

1. You don't have to have creds in the bank for this to work. If your bank balance is 0, it will pull the creds directly off of your character. I prefer to have all of my creds physically ON me, since I usually have the client /tip me his payment before we start.
2. Just doing some experiments with this, the range for /delegate appears to be 64m-100m. So, your client needs to stay pretty close.
No...you don't actually resign...
But in order for the macro to work, there's no command that will choose anything higher than conversationResponse5.
"I'd like to make a donation" is conversationResponse6 on the original toolbar, so you have to get to it through a different route. That's why you have to go through the "resign" menu...since "I'd like to make a donation" is conversationResponse3 in that sub-menu, the macro will work.
