I read in the FAQ that Simple toolkits could be looted from Mercenrys on LOK.

I have been killing and looting these all night using both terminal missions and wild spawnsbut without any success at all. Has anyone else managed to loot any ? Maybe I have been very unlucky. Any feedback on the possible drop rate ?

There have been players who have killed HUNDREDS of these mercs and not found a single kit.

Seems like Illegal Core Boosters will not drop off Blacksun in space (T4/5). Pfft...

Oh yeah, and I have also tried killing the mercs on Lok but to no avail. Guess they STILL have not fixed the loot tables.

they do... but as i was hunting them i joked to friends they're about as rare as the helmets

personally on tc, i had 2 firespray disks before i got a space loot drop, but they dropped
so you can take your pfft and [censored]

The mercs on Lok do drop the kits.. They just look like "Dress Slippers" when looted..

You have to have them identified by a jedi, then take them to the captain of the guards in south Qeynos (forget his name) and trade them for a war pick, from there you need an Undead Warlo..... Oh wait this is SWG.. I get so confoosed these days..

After about 3 horus of hunting mercs on lok I got 1 finely crafted kit. I was in a group of 4 at the time as well, so I don't know if mission level affects the drop rate or even the drop type.

No thanks, I've got 6 houses full of simple toolkits at this point and another house full of crates that I haven't even looked at yet. My concern is a little more for someone who is starting out new and doesn't have massive stockpiles of WUK and AUK's to convert.
