why would other smuggler who read this board 1star...we all have the same damn random luck with slices..dummies dont u guys want the choice?

I made a batch of truly nice Geo reinforcement cores (45-67 -0.55 & 43-61 -0.45) and put them in stun batons and gaffi sticks, most stun batons 2.3 98-152 and gaffis 3.5 140-242 and sliced them all this morning- all of them got 28-34% speed slices except one stun baton got a 18% damage slice and one gaffi stick got 20% damage slice.
I mean, what the hell! That's one hell of a bad luck string of randomness for me.

I'm of the thinking that speed slices are just as good as damage slices when it comes to weaponry.
A speed slice doesn't ruin any weapon I slice.

I love it when you get a speed slice on someones wep that they paid millions for. Even more funny is when they blame me, like I got control over the outcome of the slice. BAH!

i sliced my own personnal gaffi 34% damage 
i slice some random guys 3 mil DE-10 .... 18% speed

how many uber million cr weapons have u ruined with a speed slice?
today i went thru about 20 crated weapons...tryin to get 2-3 speed slices in a row, so i can hopefully hit a nice damage slice on a 4mil cr de-10....well, u know how it turned out allready, i dont even need to tell u.
i dont msg here much, but ive been a smuggler for about 5 months now...and everytime i get a bad slice on something worthwile...it really gets to me
on the otherhand..i got 2 killer slices on executioner hacks last night....but this morning..getting speed on that de-10, just got to me
the customer wasn't upset, i guess for pistols its not all that bad since the speed cap is hard to reach without mods. but man it just gets to me
hoping one day in the future ill beable to actually pick what kind of slice i want..speed,dmg,base,incumb...it shouldnt be a guess, and it should never be a letdown, im a freakin master smuggler, i should not be a clumsy mechanic sometimes ya know?

Weapon's still better than it was before you touched it. Just because a Master doesn't need a Speed slice, some poor guy who hasn't maxed the speed mods on the profession could sure use it.
EDIT: Weapons shouldn't cost that freakin' much anyway.
