Seeing how my account will be done in a few hours...this is my parting post.

My friends..its been fun. The best part of this game are these forums hands down. I have purged this URL from my bookmarks because I don't want to see what happens next. I hope its something good, but I feel it will not be so.

I have started posting at Startrek.com in a weak effort to beta test Star Trek On-Line, a game without a Alpha class of glowing kooshballs. A place were I think the RP in MMORPG will mean something. Never was one for trolls or gnomes..I'm a Sci-Fi guy all the way I guess.

You've all been very entertaining to interact with. Never was or will be a forum like this one. If you venture out of this game into a new one..and you spy a "Gost Dajtink" character..sent him a tell. I'll toss you a virtual beer and slice o' pie.

It's a hard decision to leave after all of the good times and fun we've had in the game.

I myself realized this fun has been lacking over the recent months as we get baited with Smuggler changes that get a couple days testing and don't resemble anything we had been asking about for two years. TWO YEARS. We've watched flavor of the month templates come and go. We've watched crafters get built up and then destroyed. We watched entertainers get built up and then destroyed. We've watched Jedi go from an enigma to a commonplace grinder template.

I knew I hit rock bottom in SWG when I kept playing to find out what my 2 year vet reward would be, and received a hologram of a blue ball.
