Thread: Faction Sales Boom?

I've sold at least 5k FP per day for the last week.
Plus, I had a back-log of perk orders that I had been putting on hold until after the patch.
So, all in all, I'm doing pretty well on the FP front.

I have, but I think it's more the fact of me plastering that idiot I had the other day all over the valcyn boards. The upside of the whole trumatic incident is that I've sold around 35k faction or perks in the last two days.
One thing seems that a few people have seen my clickies cut off the bottom of my sig due to them have their browser Text size too high 
I'm about to open shop in a busy mall with a faction vendor which will also advertise my delegation. I plan on going into a couple heavy imperial rp cities and try and rp some sales as well.

I'm not really expecting much a boom until the the CGW changes go in. I think that's when we'll have more demand -- I hope. I can use the cash.

Have any of you had a boom of faction sales?
I lowered my FP cost since it was cheaper and easier for me now, but people still aren't biting.
Anyone else experience this?

Ease of purchase is one thing. Desire to purchase another. They need a reason to buy that faction now that we are equipped to deal with it. There are also a great deal of players who can just run it through their guild as the interdependency is no more.

Ive sold about 20kfp each day since FP. I set up a shop that sells imp. Faction Perks, so far ive sold countless imp tables at 70k a pop and about 6 sets of ST armor 1.. Ive been having fun w/ this patch

The faction trade hasnt upped really on the rebel side, as far as I can tell. I have been getting more tells for faction, but they've all been for imp FP!
Its no use me switching sides because my race would screw any chance of me being competitive, Guess i'm going to have to wait for the bases...

I sold a set of ST armor and 15k of raw FP tonight...and got the ball rolling on another base / turret deal, which should go through in the next few days...
Very nice profits rolling in...

what is a normal FP price? cause i buy 20k for 250 FP imperial. That is 80 credits for each FP.
As colonel is can trasfer them as 1:1.18 = 80:95. So its costs me 95 credits to give someone 1 FP imperial
people want me to sell for 100credits/1FP .. but i think that is really to low... what is a fair price? what is your price?
and another non-related topic question:
as an colonel imperial. Can i buy rebel points? what do i need to do? and if i switch sites, will this affect my colonel's rank when going back to imperial?

I've actually sold more faction points with this patch then I did with the last one. Now that you can show your faction rank, everyone is wanting Colonel which means I'm getting bank.

on the open market i charge 105 per fp which is a bit less than most smugglers on eclipse. However i wouldnt say i've seen a boom. Sure theres more interest and been a few more sales but definetly not a boom. Once the new bases etc go in and armours etc then we'll hopefully see it really kick in.

I sold my first real batch of FP last night. Made about 500k profit. I believe I sold them for 90cred/fp. I didn't charge as much as I wanted because I considered it a test. This guy basically bought himself a Colonelship from being a private I beleive. He wanted 37k fp. Thats over 3 mill worth of fp. Holy crap, he just handed me the money. I think I'm gonna be selling between 120 and 150cred/fp from now on. I generally make all my money from slicing and flying but with the fp cap gone now, I think I'll start making even more. Of course, I lose 2fp for every 1fp I delegate. But oh well, I can always compensate for it.
