Thread: FD Publish Tomorrow?

Ok, guess I misread... I think I'll go mess with noobs tonight anyway since it will be my last chance to mess with them about being sooooo powerful.



"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

No way in hell is this ready to go live.


I was on TC-Gorath earlier and there's still a whole slew of base related and faction related bugs...


And one side (Rebels) are STILL getting BOTH "loser" and "winner" GCW bonuses...

I know. I think that to respect their "two weeks" delay they are pushing this out too fast.

Unless they did/do a GREAT job at debugging everything between the last TC update and the live one.

With the huge patch that one is, I would not have grumbled or made comments at all if they haven't respected their 2 weeks goal. Getting it out bug free (or near bug free) is well worth a few days more of waiting.

Ah well, we will see.

Tiggs just made a post about how they haven't made a decision whether or not TC-Gorath is going to be brought back up. This would mean they are done testing it and the publish is coming.


Correct me if I'm wrong, but tomorrow is the two week date from the last publish and would keep with the timeline they want.

Doesn't really entirely matter though. If we sent them a petition of 10,000 signatures, cancelled all of our accounts, or got some consumer advocate on our side, all our changes would be.......inevitable, Mr. Soli.

Um...I think you misread her post...


TC andTC-Gorath are still going strong...and there's still alot of bugs to work out before it goes live...


Her post was in response to the question of wether or not the Strategic bases were ever going to be offered again.

Yeah, there appears to still be a ton of testing and fixing to be done on this publish.

And yeah, looks like it's going in today, despite the numerous bug reports. Maybe they fixed 'em already.
