Well most bhs r also using that quick incap recovery food.

I've had a lot of BH's come for me and I've never had any of them use this exploit on me, so I think it's more the sky is falling than reality. Anyways, the issue is not with last ditch. It's with the Jedi/BH TEF system. In any other PvP setting you'd see your opponent run up to you with no health and you would just blow on them and they'd die. Hopefully the devs will fix that rather than last ditch.

No the BHs are using this as a one hit kill. Basically hitting a jedi for 3k+ damage. So the jedi has no time to react.

I'm sure some bounty hunter somewhere has done this. But I've never had it done to me, nor do I know first hand of anyone who has had it done to them. I don't think it's as common as the doomsayers make it out to be.

Seen 2 bhs from the same guild do this against the same jedi. Well the second one tried 2. He was doing exactly what the first one was doing. Getting his health low enough to kill the jedi with Last Ditch. Thankfully the jedi saw this n ran.

Even though this is clearly an exploit, I still don't think it's that big of a deal. Anyone who opened on me with last ditch would have to roll the dice against my saber block, leave themselves *wide* open for abuse back, and hit me for over 4285 base damage in a single shot. It'll take that much just to get past the armor you get from novice defender. If they have force armor or some more inate armor the number goes up even further.

Any smuggler who has tried to use last ditch in pvp knows how hard it is to even to get the shot to land without you getting incapped yourself. Add to that the problem of pulling off over 4k pvp damage and it's not that easy to press this 'I win' button we smugglers seem to have so many of.

That are very lucky BH's if they manage to hit with LD. I've seen some try it and most didn't live to tell. Since you seem to be a Jedi having trouble with BH's abusing other professions, take it to your own boards or the BH boards. So far LD seems to be working as intended. And again, the chance to hit is so low, it's almost certain suicide.

I don't understand why the Jedi get so riled up about getting killed 'unfairly' or whatever. There is no perma-death anymore, so don't they just clone and carry on with their perfect little lives?

Who's more stupid? The BH "exploiting" LD or the Jedi who stops to stare at him?

It can be done. I know a Jedi offhand solo grinding. That's right. Alone. As in, no group. Sure it's slower, more of a challenge. That's the trade off. like in the thread I just started, Risk VS. Reward. Group hunting = more reward, guaranteed risk, Solo = less reward, NO risk.

so yea. just thought I'd slap that in there.

No I log in and see a jedi get hit with a one shot incap by a bh using last ditch. And theres no point of putting it on the bh boards. They could care less about other proffessions.
