I always believed you could decrease their numbers if you move it to master smuggler.

Most people don't agree with me however, I just hope the devs stick by their "Working as intended" statement.

Although this is clearly not what Last Ditch was meant for, I have to hand it to them for the creativity. I know it may not seem fair to the Jedi that happen to fall to it, but when I use Last Ditch it only works about 1 in 3 times. It's a huge risk, now that risk is being taken down a bit with the short incap food/drink, but still... I don't see this as a problem.

Yes I know that this is more of a bh topic then a smuggler topic. But its not like any of the bhs do that care that much about disgracing another proffession. They will only keep smuggler until it gets nerfed and then go onto the next I win template.

Gillik, why are you posting this kind of stuff here? It seemsyou are a Jedi and are having a tough time with some BHs. Are you posting here to get the Smugglers up in arms so that they will step up and actually ASK the devs for a nerf to their own profession? If that is the case, you can forget it.

This issue has been discussed ad nauseum. The skill is NOT an I WIN button -- it doesn't always hit and often leaves the person using it incapped.

There are many documented ways to mitigate this so I won't go into them here. But the best thing to do is to always be wary of a BH with very low health -- don't stick around to see what happens -- run like the wind.

No I posted this here cause BHs are abusing the hell out of this attack. Last Ditch is not supposed to be used as a first strike.

And also cause you all dont start yelling its not fair if they nerf Last Ditch. So you all know who to blame for it getting nerfed.

They aren't abusing it, Jedi aren't paying attention

By the time a jedi knows that theres a bh there. The jedi will already be incapped by last ditch.

Thats why they created overhead maps and radar screens......use what tools are avaiable to you mixed with some sorely lacking common sense and stop crying.

As much as you Jedi are pushing for it- Last Ditch will not be nerfed. There are no plans for it being nerfed and we have been told more than once on more than one occasion that there are no plans to nerf Last Ditch.

It's just NOT going to happen. I don't even know HOW you would nerf Last Ditch because it already has so many negatives for using it as it is.

This is just like the "bring back permadeath" posts. It's NOT going to happen. But these posts will keep poping up- like petition threads (look around). They are wastes of time.

Here IS some advice though. Next time you or someone you know gets hit with a first shot LD- report the guy. Plain and simple. Don't come here though expecting a rah rah party for your useless campaign to get us nerfed.

I am not saying that it should be nerfed but BHs are not using LD as it was intended.

How many smugglers ever used LD as your first shot?

No I am not trolling. I am keeping on the subject of what the thread was about. If you dont like it then plz move along.

Simple solution. Move last ditch to the master box. Smuggler/BH is a terrible jedi killing temp, so nobody will want to master it just for that, it's too big a waste of skill points.

You know everytime this is brought up people suggest moving feign or LD to Master box.....that's not a solution. Come on, you'd have smuggler worthless until you got Master. The problem isn't our specials, the problem is how Jedi/BH interact.

And as has been said LD is not an "I win" button. If you are a Jedi you chose that path and now have to be aware of EVERYTHING around you. You are hunted, you can't drop your guard for a minute.
