I got tons of reactive micro plating, but no crafted toolkits or padding. What gives?

shock absorbent padding is hard to find on my server as well. the cheapest and only ones i found on thevendor search recently,were all500k a piece. i sent a guy an email askin about them and lowerin the price and he replied that hes sold over 30 at that price already and admitted that the price was very high/way to high. how can a smuggler be makin a profit when they have to pay that much for a single tool and do u honestly think a customer is gonna pay for the cost of that tool for 1 slice? thx again devs for makin somethin related to smuggler someone elses content. looted tools wouldn't be bad if they were dropped by npcs from smuggler missions. too bad we don't have those. looted tools get a big 2 thumbs down from me.

I am MS/MBH. The only componets I have gotten off the level 81-82 marks I hunt are Illegal core boosters, Delecate trigger assembly, Mando Interframes, and Reactive Micro Plating. The plating seems to be slightly more rare then the other three, butnone of the four are signifigantly more rare then the others.
My wife is grinding through the investigation line, and has just achieved investigation 3. Her combat level is in the mid 60's. The marks she was getting en route to investigation 3 only dropped finely crafted tool kits and Trando interframes.
As far as I know the mark loot table is based upon your level in the investigation line. So, to those folks getting shock absorbant padding off of BH marks....Where are you in the investigation line, and what other tools drop for you?

Run lots of patrol missions, or keep on failing a mission and picking it up. It's one way to farm shock absorbent padding is the sith. Granted you'll have 250 pieces of Force Sensitive ore before you pick one up.
Also buy all the locked containers you can find, you'll find a shock absorbent padding 1:40 containers. Since containers are dirt cheap. For a 200K investment you should have a lot of containers.
I've sold shock absorbent padding for 200K. Although that price is already too low, as the person immediately marked it up and sold more for a profit.
I'm going with perhaps 500K. This drop is rare, and starting to become rarer as the supply of AUK's run out. (This is where most Shock Absorbent Padding comes from)
