From the new patch notes:

The Smuggler spices line has been renamed to "Delinquency".

But "Delinquency"???


What the hell does that mean? That tree is spices and combat specials, I fail to see how "delinquency' fits.

sounds about right to me, good precurser to taking spice crafting out and moving smugglers to more "smuggling " of spice than just being drug dealers. The way it was before i was surprised there wasnt a pimping tree.
