In a continued effort to promote this movie, Serenity the movie based on the TV show Firefly arrives in theaters today.
Check out the trailer, go see the movie. It has sold out in every screening so far. Looks phenominal.
Taking a friend to see it today, my wife, cousin and his wife tomorrow.

7:10 pm CDT tonight....only 6 hours and 20 minutes left....I soooo cannot wait for this movie.

Went to the midnight show. Going back again tonight at 10:30 with some friends. I loved it. One of my favorite movies ever. It's of those movies that rarely come along, that afterwards you just have to sit there for a second and get your bearings back. Well it is if you are a huge firefly fan.If not, it's still a good sci-fi flick worth seeing.

Absolutely phenominal. Just got home. I am in shock (after seeing it you will know why). It was everything I was hoping for months it would be and more. Prepare yourself if you are a fan. Great story, great surprises, great action.
11 out of 10 stars.

Because of you all here, i've been forced...that's right forced to purchase The Fire Fly series just so I could see what all of the hooplah was about! I'm banning myself from the Smuggler Forum until I see the movie formyself

I saw Serenityearlier today. I was afraid I'd be disappointed, but there was no disappointment at all. If you're a Firefly fan, you'll love the movie. If not, it's still a good sci fi flick that stands on it's own (plenty of humor and action to go around). I'll probably go see it again tomorrow. Can't wait for it to come out on DVD.

I will be buying this on DVD. Watching it just makes you wonder what Ep1-3 could have been
