Thread: For the remaining smugglers, how much per slice you charge ?

I see less and less smuggler, and people often call me to get a slice when I'm (rarely) online. I was a bit sick of it (because I'm not a slice monkey ...) so few days ago when someone asked me to slice 4 stuff I answered "ok, but I'm expensive, 10k per slice" and I was surprised to hear a "okay".
After a dozen of client I had only one person found that I was too expensive.
Of course I "offer" the slice if it's under 20% but I'll keep this price now.

5k if the slice is below 19%
10k if the slice is above 20%
Take it or leave it, I wont beg for your money.

time to raise prices i guess. ill wait one more month and thenn ill thiunk ill take 6k per slice. no matter how high it was

If someone slices cheaper than me. I usually point clients to them, but I usually give away a Muon Gold with every slice too.

7k a slice. People almost always try to bargain. As soon as they say "7k!?! Thats way to high" I say "Thanks for your time" Turn around and walk away. More often then not I have the people run after me and say that they'll pay. Everytime I end I also say "Tips are more then welcome" and I havn't had a tipless slice yet. Of course, you do get your fair share of morons... "i fund a some1 who wil do it for 1k will u match that or u wanna lus busness" At that point I ask them what busness is and then walk away while they are confused.
Oh, and I still think 7k is underselling myself. But there seem to be a lot of 100cr/% smugglers around. After the revamp, prices will go a lot higher I imagine.

Keep charging 10K per slice. Its what I charge, and like you, I am NOT a slice-monkey either.

See my Slicing price change doc, but you are right, I have experimented with different rates and rarely has someone not taken it. It depends on how bad they want it. I always thought we were undercutting ourselves at 3k anyway.

I don't even slice for the public at all, Just for guild mates and people that already know me. Funny thing is I don't charge them cause well I'm a nice guys to my guild, but they always tip 3-10k per slice. I really beats arguing with strangers.

A very funny thread indeed, but at the same time very sad. Its beeen there since around launch and 'strangers' don't seem to be getting any smarter..
