I don't know. It'd be a good match.Beavis& Butt-Headand ExoSquad (for those that watched it) were sweet ass. But the 80's had some killers stuff like G.I. Joe andTransformers. But the real battle lays with which side the original Ninja Turtles are going with. I don't think theProStars and My Little Pony battle will factor in much even though "Bo knows cartoons"!

But then again, I don't count any cartoons made after 1995. That's when they all became 99% anime and 1% cartoon. I liked it better the other way around.

EDIT: After further thought, I give the 1980's cartoon block the win by a narrow margin. Captain N: The Game Master puts them over the top with Bayou Billy's help.

Remember Mask? Those vehicles would definitely lend a hand to the 80s squad.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

Interstaler 5555 is good, it's a Darf Punk expanded music video in the style of Battle of the Planets.

Nadesico takes the mick out of Battle of the Planets a little, with Gekiganga mini series.

I'm currently trying to download Starchaser the Legend of Orion which is one of the first anime I ever watched and it a total rip off on Starwars. You might of seen it as a kid. Trouble is it's stuck at 80.7% for the last two weeks. I might as the people to re-seed it.

Definitely agree with the 1st OVA for Kenshin. It very much rocked! And, Japanese with English subs is definitely the way to go. I've watched several of the Kenshin episodes on Cartoon Network, and somehow they just don't have the same "feel" with the English voice-overs.

Beyond that, my favorite part of Kenshin was the Kyoto Saga (at least I think that's what it was called), that happened somewhere in the middle of the series, when Kenshin had to go up against the mummified looking guy...
