That begs the question, are the frog buffs an accurate representation of a full buff set available or the max that the design goalisshooting for?

Concerning the odds regarding a buffed player vs a unbuffed player winning a duel

Personally, I prefer 3 out of 5 matches a buffed player will win or 60% of the time. Once the odds get over 70-75%, then you are looking to build the "gotta have 'em" mentality in my opinion. The 2 out of 3 ( 66% ) is pushing to close to 70% for me for comfort.

To me, 60% seems like an ideal break point when I aske myself the following question.

Before enteringPvP, would I spend 15+ min looking for buffs/standing in a lineif it would mean winning:

60% of the time?

65% of the time?
70% of the time?

75% of the time?
80% of the time?

Ask yourself the same questions. When the decision begins to get tough to make, that is the point where buffs start to not rule your game play. ( In my opinion, 50% and 55% were in the realm of pointless while higher the 80% was in the "Isn't that where we are now" realmso that is whyI excludedthem. )

60%,is where I started to contemplate entering duel's unbuffed for the challange. Right in the middle of "Absolutly not" ( 50 / 50 ) and "Most likley" ( 70 / 30 ).

The same question applied in reverse keeping in mind my previous selection.

Would I feel cheated if I was forced into PvP unbuffed vs buffed players ( a suprise raid on a base for instance ) and lostif the odds worked out to them winning:

60% of the time?

65% of the time?
70% of the time?

75% of the time?
80% of the time?
