hehe, no one will dispute that it was handled incorrectly. in fact, i am STILL trying to find ONE THING they have handled correctly. i am just saying lay off the guy. no matter how high up TH is, even he doesn't get the final, end all say. the bean counters do. and the dev team is left to take the fall for it. that's corporate america, heck... that's business in general. you have a few places more interested in CS than the bottom line, but most end up broke and out of business. people leave for the "better prices" of the giants who care nothing about CS, just so long as they aren't rated last. i think green steped out on a limb knowing someone would saw it off. i applaud him for that. you should too.

Then make the bean counters care. This is a game that we are supposedly paying for to have fun. If as many people here are not having fun, why are you paying?
Im not saying I'm not having fun. Im relatively new to the game (besides being a beta tester) and had hoped there would be some major changes by this time. And while there are some major changes, Im questioning is it enough to warrant me paying for the game. Reading the forums here as I go up the smuggler tree, Im begging to wonder if I am making a big mistake paying and playing at all.
If you truely want to be heard, speak with the most influencing thing you have. Your wallet. Some will laugh and say "can I have your stuff" etc. But the truth is, enough people get peeved and threaten to walk/not give the company money, they will listen. If you need proof of this, look at what has just recently happened in Everquest.
On a different note, I am glad you are here opening discussion GreenMarine. While some of your answers skirttaking anyresponsibilty, at least it seems you are making an honest effort to get the smugglers revamped.

The travel idea is cool, and I think we should make a system so people can pay us to "smuggle" them from one place to another.
