Thread: Force Sensitivity and Smugglers
If Yes, thats look like SMUGGLER ( befre all others) skills
To got my REAL RP template, i will take these skills first.
On idea, of a rating 1:15 on, slicing xp, i think 1:7 or 1:8 is a kinda bit possible. Add spice crafting in FS Senses XP conversion. We're not crafters and im sure we are the first to taste our Muon Golds (Senses,senses....

have you not looked at what bonueses you get from these, persuasion gives you cheaper skill raining, fantastic, for an already master msuggler, who wants to be a master smuggler thats really useful.
Isnt the Persuasion line what the Jedi are using to look like Imps when they gank Imp TEF'd players? I thought the skill had an actual usefullness of allowingForce Sensitivesto appear as members of the Faction of the viewer... something we Smuggs have wanted for AGES.
I was under teh impression that this was a padwan level of persuasion. Please verify this with a link.

Sry for the delay, but I cant get verification on nuffin' these days. Everyone in the Jedi camp is so wraped up in how Persuasion is useless to them for lowering training costs that they forget some of us dont want to be Jedi... in fact last time I mentioned that they fainted. Apparently thats the whole point to playing.
Not.
Any news about how luck could be taken in account in slicing? (better slices?)
Any news about how persuation could be taken in account (not just buying skills at lower price !)

Well as we now have slicing in there, not really.
What needs to happen now is to make the rates not just for slicing, but all aspects of this conversion more reasonable. There are some great posts by some correspondents in the c-forum going on about this.
smugglers and be's also need a way to get novice senses without altering their template like medics and artisans can
Yup, we are aware of this problem. Lots of correspondents going up to bat on this.

When you say "all aspects", that does include the Weapons/Combat XP, right?
Smuggler_Caylin wrote:Yes. The conversion rates/ Xp requirements are for lack of a better term... insane.
Agreed. And thank you.

There are some absolutely incredible arguments put out by other correspondents who caught this right as it was unfolding. There was simply nothing much for me to go and do save 'Don't forget smugglers!' and see how it goes from there with the developers.Message Edited by Smuggler_Caylin on 08-25-2004 12:19 PM
That shall be our new battlecry. 'Remember the smugglers!' 'Don't forget smugglers!'
