Please Stay.
We already know that we can trust you. With the Revamp coming up (again) I would rather have a Corr that I KNOW I can trust as opposed to the unkown person the devs might appoint to replace you.
With you we know we have good representation, I prefer it that way. Oh and besides that I sliced the door shut, so you can't leave... tough luck eh?

If you've got the time and energy for it, then I am in favor of you staying on. You've done right by us so far, I see no reason for you not to see this through.

I'm on the Stay side as well. ![]()
Hope the workload isn't too heavy for university. Although, if we've learned anything from your side of the pond - it's that if the work is too much - you can just get an art teacher to do it for ya :>
Cheers

what a worthless cor you were... here for just 6 months and don't get anything done...
slicing is broke
we have no revamp
still have broked specials
still have people breathing down our necks asking for nerfs
GM seems to have been chased away
So whose next?
[Warning: post above is 100% not serious.. thanks for the hard workd and the cool head]
I'm not going to be this rude,
But I think that a point is made here. We all know that you are not a dev, and do not have direct control of anything that happens in the Development Cycle, however, feedback is very important. Especially in this community.
A lot of things are broke, and no mention about a timeframe for fix. We know that almost all the issues are to be corrected with the Smuggler Revamp, yet it's been hovering over the community since last summer.
Silence isn't what I look for from our correspondant, so my opinion is:
If you can be loud, and speak out on the problems plaguing our community, then STAY, please stay. There is no one in a better position than you to be outspoken, and be listened to. You have been the correspondant for a long time now, and people are fimilliar with you.
If you cannt be our voice, and poke and prod as much information out of them as possible, then please step down. You will be missed for sure, but we need information. A lot of things are broken, and even a monthly/bi-weekly update would suffice just so we know whats going on with our profession. Even if nothing has/is/will be chaned in the immediate future, an update to know what is happening (however little it may be) is allwe ask for.
Now I know I don't speak for everyone on this matter, but i know that we all need updates and information. Please be the one to give us exactly that.
Looking forward to see you for another 6 months.

You've been a good coorespondent, and you do deserve a break. So if you want to go, then do it, we wont hold it against you. But if you want to stay, then stay. It's completely up to you.
But hey, if you do go... could you put in a good word about me for being the next Smuggler Coorespondent?

Justbecause we don't hear much from Wes HERE doesn't make him inactive. It just means he's spending more time asking questions than here delivering answers.

I remember you from before I quit SWG Wes. That's a good thing. I've only been back for a little while now but I say you should stay if your life allows for the time. You're doing a good job.
On another note, Whatever happend to Caylin?

Stay for the win, climb the ladder, become universal correspondent. Then slay tiggs and the old community and make way for the Wes Empire.
In all seriousness, I think you do a great job. you are clearly well read and spoken. You do not post things to inflame everyone nor do you shirk major issues.
whenever I read a post where you say something, I get a legitimate feeling that you actually care and I respect that. Please stay on for another term if you can.
Life may get tough, and I understand if you have to leave, but there are alot of players here who really respect what you do and enjoy having you around
