You should stay. I can't think of anyone I would want more to represent me during the re-vamp. You did a great job with the CU, i think you should be allowed to continue.

If your schedule is too tight, you must pass the torch.
But if you can at all manage it, I'd love to see you stay. 
I think you've done a great job, and Smugglers could use your wisdom as we head into the Smuggler Revamp. (I hope.)
