A 'bell curve' is a Guassian distribution and appears to be what you have here with this data.
If you want to really nail it down you'd need evenMORE data points than this to show the distribution in a convincing way. But it is definitely not a uniform distribution and the other standard Java RNG distribution is Guassian which it appears to fit within the margin of error for the number of samples.
BTW, distribution does not preclude random.
